Money Back Guarantee Terms. As described below, Individuals who purchase and paid for an annual (1 year) membership to the site are eligible for FitnessVTC.com’s 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (the "Guarantee").

Eligibility/Limitations. To be eligible for the Guarantee, you had to have purchased a membership to FitnessVTC.com within the preceding 30-days.  If you decide that you want to cancel your membership for any reason within the first 30-days from inception of your membership, all you have to do is contact FitnessVTC.com in a manner described below and we will refund the full purchase price of your membership.

Refund Process. Individuals who meet the Guarantee requirements may request a refund by following the process described below. Refunds will be granted only if all of the instructions below are followed.

1. Refund requests must be sent via l email to support@fitnessvtc.com and in the subject line, contain the word “Refund Request”; OR
2. If your choose to notify us via US mail, please mail a written request for refund to “FitnessVTC.com, 16155 N. 83rd Ave., Suite 205, Peoria, AZ 85382”.  Please include your user name, mailing address and date of purchase.  Please note that all mailed requests for refunds must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of purchase of your membership.
3. If we receive your refund request as set forth above, we will notify your credit card issuer to refund the full purchase price with 5 business days of receipt of your request.  FitnessVTC.com has no control over how long it may take for your credit card issuer to credit your account, please contact your credit card issuer for more details on their refund process.

FitnessVTC.com shall, in its sole discretion, determine whether all requirements for the Guarantee have been satisfied and may terminate or modify the Guarantee program on a prospective basis at any time. The act of submitting a refund request does not ensure that a refund will be issued.
